Alekseev in trilateral partnership with Lanzhou University and the International University College of Turin.
Technological Challenges to Law
As an infrastructure for the BRICS+, Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence are “displacing” the Law. What are the consequences for the role of the Law in various economic and political settings? What are the challenges and what are the promises of such a significant substitution for the legal profession in the BRICS+ context?
